What movement do you use?

The Aquatique is powered by the Miyota 9039, a highly regarded Japanese automatic movement known for its reliability and precision. Designed specifically for slim, no-date watches, the 9039 features a robust construction, a 24-jewel configuration, and a power reserve of approximately 42 hours.

We chose this movement for its performance, dependability, and proven track record among watch enthusiasts. It aligns perfectly with our commitment to crafting timepieces that balance durability, elegance, and functionality.

Is my watch waterproof?

Yes, our watches are waterproof and have a water resistance rating of 20 ATM (atmospheres).

This means that they can withstand water pressure up to 200 meters and are suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and other water-based activities. However, please note that water resistance does not mean that your watch is completely waterproof and that it should not be exposed to extreme water pressure, such as diving at significant depths, as this may cause damage to the watch.

Additionally, we recommend that you avoid exposing your watch to hot water or steam, as this can affect the seals and cause water damage. If you have any further questions or concerns about the water resistance of your watch, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Which strap fits my watch?

The Aquatique features 20mm wide lugs, which fit most straps in that size. However, the shorter lug design means that some stiffer or less flexible straps may not sit properly.

We recommend using softer and more flexible materials like leather, rubber, or fabric for the best fit. If you’re unsure about a specific strap, feel free to contact us, we’ll be happy to assist!

Where are your watches manufactured?

Our watches are manufactured in Asia by trusted partners with extensive experience in producing high-quality timepieces.

Final quality control and testing are conducted in Stockholm, Sweden, to ensure every watch meets our expectations. By maintaining small production runs, we can focus on quality, timely delivery, and developing new designs.

How to order

How do I know if my order went through?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your order. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order and are processing it.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@hultwatches.com.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at contact@hultwatches.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that changes or cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.

Which payment methods can I use?

We offer a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience with us as convenient as possible. You can choose to pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Amex, Paypal, or Apple Pay.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders. However, please be aware that prices displayed on our website do not include local VAT or taxes for customers outside the European Union.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for your order depends on your geographical location and the order processing time. After your order is processed, you can expect to receive your order within 2-14 working days. However, weekends and holidays are not considered working days. Our main warehouse is located in Sweden, and we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Can I return my product?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the product and its original packaging must be in the same condition as when you received them.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@hultwatches.com for assistance. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly.

Please note that customers are responsible for the risk associated with shipping the returned goods back to Hult Watch Company.

Can I track the package?

Certainly! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your package.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Warranty

Our watches comes with a one (1)-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the watch itself (movement, case, and crystal). Other components not listed above are not covered under this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at contact@hultwatches.com. Be sure to include your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Please use "Warranty Claim" as the subject line of your email or letter.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g., knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal).
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Aesthetic changes due to normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches on the case or crystal, discoloration of the strap, or peeling of plating).

Postage, insurance, and other non-repair-related expenses are excluded from this warranty. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

If your returned product meets the conditions of this warranty, a replacement will be issued. If a replacement is unavailable, you may select a product of equal value. Please note that cash refunds are not provided after 30 days from the date of purchase.
